Your All Events Pass (AEP) includes admission to all education classes and activities, Harmony Bazaar, and all competition sessions — Harmony Classic (Tuesday), Quartet Semifinals (Wednesday), Chorus Semifinals (Thursday), Quartet Finals (Friday), and Chorus Finals (Saturday).

Kansas City Early Bird Registration Rates

Individual Registration (For Members of Sweet Adelines)

Members of Sweet Adelines can register online (you must log in with your member number) and by mail or fax via the registration form (you must sign the release of claims and provide payment).

Individual Registrations (For Non-Members)

Non-members may register individually via mail or fax only. Non-members are unable to individually register online at this time. No worries, we will get you taken care of!

Group Registrations (For Members of Sweet Adelines)

Members of Sweet Adelines may register with a group. You need to establish a primary contact for your group registration. (Pick someone that is always prepared. You should pick a baritone.)

Group Registrations (For Non-Members)

Non-members can be a part of a group registration via mail or fax only. List each non-member in the “Non-Member Group Registration Sheet”. All registrants must sign the Release of Claims located within this sheet.

What happens after you've registered?

Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation. You will not receive your All Events Pass (which is your Name Badge) via postal mail. Individual registrants and the primary contact listed in the group registration can pick up name badges on-site at Will Call.

General Seating

All competition sessions are general seating. You cannot save seats in the arena overnight—but you can be the first in line each morning! Exceptions for VIP seating apply.

VIP Seating

VIP Seating is honored Wednesday through Saturday. The seating assignment will be provided on your name badge. Registrants with VIP seating will be notified in advance.

ADA Seating

We ask that all registrants with ADA needs provide their request (i.e. scooter, walker, wheelchair) at the time of registration. Registrants with ADA needs will have a seating assignment on their name badge.

Registration Dates and Deadlines

Early Bird registration closes June 7, 2024.*

*Mailed registrations must be postmarked by June 7, 2024, to qualify for the Early Bird rate.  Registrations arriving at HQ after the deadline will be charged the regular registration rate.

Online registration closes September 2, 2024.
